I'm trying to figure out if the purse we have is defective or not. The one we have doesn't stay closed very good. Is that defective or not? If it is can we exchange just the purse or buy another purse in replacement parts?

The chain on my Sam's purse broke!!! [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] I'm going to see if they have one in replacement parts.

They have Sam's purse as a replacement part. If you call CS, they can exchange just the purse for you. I just got one because my cat had a hayday with mine [img]eek.gif[/img] Poor Sam!

I have never had a problem with Sam's purse staying closed. Your purse must be defective. Did you get it recently? If so, you should call customer service and they should replace it for you for free.
